The Teaching and Mentoring Portfolio

UC San Diego’s holistic teaching evaluation asks instructors to provide a statement and portfolio addressing their teaching and mentoring during the past review period in order to facilitate a fair and balanced evaluation of their teaching and mentoring. For many faculty, this structure will not be a big change from what they typically submit for review.
